Beth Din Homeowners Advocacy,  (BDHA) is a self-supported ministry, volunteer-powered, born from a simple conviction: “no family should ever go through what I’ve been through, nor stand alone when the storm of foreclosure, eviction, mortgage, and deed theft threatens their home.” Says Executive Director Blanche O’Neal

Drawing on the timeless model of the Beth Din, a sacred place of righteous judgment, mediation, and restoration, we combine ancient principles of fairness with modern advocacy tools. We are not a government program, law firm, or for-profit service. We are your neighbors, guided by faith, funded solely by the generosity of our faith community, and driven by the biblical command to “defend the oppressed” (Isaiah 1:17).

Founded in January 2022, Beth Din Homeowners Advocacy has quietly helped hundreds of families across our community to keep their homes or transition with dignity when keeping the home was no longer possible. We operate without taxpayer dollars so we can always put your family first, not bureaucracy.
